4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Tiers

We offer multiple subscription tiers with varying features and limitations:

Free Tier: Limited to 3 valuations per month
Dealer Trial: 90-day free trial with full features
Early Adopter: $79.99/month (limited availability)
Dealership: $99.99/month
Professional: $199.99/month

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

4.4 Trial Period

New dealer accounts receive a 90-day free trial. The trial automatically ends after 90 days unless converted to a paid subscription.

5. Service Usage

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Use automated tools to scrape or download content
Resell or redistribute our service
Submit false or misleading information

5.2 Valuation Accuracy

IMPORTANT: Car Valuation AI provides estimates based on AI analysis and market data. Valuations are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional appraisals or guarantees of actual market value.

5.3 AI Technology Limitations and Disclaimer

CRITICAL NOTICE: Our service uses artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning technology to analyze vehicle images and data. AI systems can and do make errors. You acknowledge and agree that:

AI May Misidentify Vehicles: The AI may incorrectly identify vehicle make, model, year, trim, or features.
AI May Misjudge Condition: Damage detection and condition assessment by AI may be inaccurate, incomplete, or fail to detect issues.
Valuations Are Estimates Only: All valuations are algorithmic estimates and may differ significantly from actual market value.
Not a Substitute for Professional Inspection: Our AI analysis does NOT replace professional vehicle inspection, appraisal, or mechanic evaluation.
Verify All Information Independently: You MUST independently verify all information before making any financial decisions.
No Liability for AI Errors: We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or costs resulting from AI errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

BY USING THIS SERVICE, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT AI TECHNOLOGY HAS LIMITATIONS AND YOU ACCEPT ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH RELYING ON AI-GENERATED INFORMATION.
